Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development and Sales Specialist to develop business opportunities and sell our innovative AI recruiting solutions to employers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology. You will play a critical role in driving our growth by identifying and securing new clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Target Prospective Clients: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to approach and engage with employers who can benefit from our AI solutions.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Understand their recruitment challenges and present tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Sales Presentations and Demos: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our AI recruiting agent and ATS/CRM platform.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients and ongoing satisfaction.
- Track and Report Sales Performance: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports and updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the technology or recruitment industry.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-Motivated and Results-Driven: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with AI technologies, CRM systems, and the recruitment industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
