Role Overview:

Join us as an AI/ML Engineer and take the helm of our technology strategy and execution to realize our technological vision. In this executive role, you will help guide our product development, collaborate closely with our team, customers, and investors, and lead our startup towards capturing a significant market opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy and Execution: Define and lead the startup's technology strategy, selecting the right architecture, tools, and processes to transform our vision into a functioning reality.
• Product Development Leadership: Spearhead rapid prototyping and product iterations to refine product-market fit and meet customer demands effectively.
• Active Development: Engage directly in coding and development, utilizing agile methodologies to adapt our products to evolving market needs, ensuring they remain cutting-edge and functional.
• Client Engagement: Articulate and demonstrate technological solutions to clients, leveraging your technical expertise to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through to launch, ensuring scalability, reliability, and continual innovation.
• Team Development: Identify, recruit, and manage top-tier engineering talent globally as our organization grows, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD advantageous.
• Professional Experience: 5-10 years in a relevant role, with substantial experience in startup environments and a track record of successful projects.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java, with a focus on AI. Experience with AI/ML models, deep learning, and NLP is essential.
• Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Agile Proficiency: Deep understanding of Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
• Leadership and Problem-Solving: Exceptional leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and resilience under pressure.
• Passion for AI: A genuine enthusiasm for the potential of AI technology to drive change.
